Building My Following

In the last 6 months, I have been really working hard to increase my following count across all of my social media channels. In that time I have managed to achieve 5,000 friends on my #Facebook profile, 500 Facebook Page followers (I'm still really working to grow a following base here, so if anybody has any tips on that platform, I would greatly appreciate it!), 5500 Twitter followers, 5200 #Instagram followers and 1 #Youtube subscriber (this is my newest platform and I'm still figuring it out). That may not seem like much to some people, but I have worked really hard to establish that following base. I look forward to seeing those followers grow, as I build more of a name for myself. In trying to grow my online presence, the next logical step was to start a blog, so here I am! I have had several brands reach out to me wanting me to promote their products on my blog, but sadly, I had no blog to give them. After turning down a few paid jobs, I decided I didn't want to miss out on anymore opportunities, and it certainly never hurts to have a less restricted/limited social channel to post my reviews on. The downside to most social platforms is the limited character space. How can I leave a detailed #review in less than a paragraph?! Yea, I'm looking at you #Twitter. I would love to connect with other reviewers and #influencers and maybe pick their brains to see how they go about this industry. I'm always looking for feedback that will help me improve my content as a #microinfluencer. I'm also always looking for new platforms to connect me with brand opportunities, so if you know of any, please let me know. I am not interested in any kind of affiliate programs.
