Thought Catapulter - Positive Affirmations for 90 Days

I've had a pretty rough go of it this year. I know I'm not alone in that sentiment. But I've really struggled; personally, financially, professionally. Just struggle after struggle. The hits just kept coming. Losing my Mom in February was the start of the worst year of my entire life. I didn't realize what an anchor she was for me in just existing, until she was gone and all at once it seemed like everything in my life collapsed. I didnt know how to exist. My world wasn't the same. My anxiety and depression spiraled out of control. Every fiber in my being told me to isolate. Hide from the world. That of course just fueled the depression. So when I came across the opportunity to check out the Thought Catapulter, I figured what could it hurt? Worse case scenario, it doesn't work. I was skeptical. The concept was a bit foreign to me and felt silly at first. But it helped! I stuck with it (loosely, as I made it fit my day to day routine).

How Does It Work?

Once you get your Thought Catapulter you are going to want to cut your affirmation cards into individual squares and place them in the provided pouch along with the magnet. There are many different card packs you can select from based on your own individual needs/goals. 
For best results you are going to want to keep the pouch on you (in a pocket, or secured to your arm/leg with the provided elastic strap). Because of the nature of my work, I had to keep it close by in my purse so as not to damage electronics at work, but when at home I would attach it to my ankle or stick it in my back pocket). Note: PLEASE check out the website for much more detailed information! Use the Affirmation cards daily. *See Below* You'll get the MOST out of this experience if you use the positive affirmation cards as intended. I was all in. I used them daily. It felt silly at first, but then it started to feel normal and then that normalcy slowly evolved into reality. The power of positive thinking is astounding. I had good days and bad due to my own struggles with anxiety and depression. Overall, I would say this helped tremendously with realigning my thoughts for positive each day.

THOUGHT + EMOTION = MANIFESTATION
This means that you must have the thought AND the feeling or you will not be able to create a change. It can be ANY strong emotion, including anger, but try to use JOY. Get into a joyful state however you can, by remembering something wonderful or even imagining something that WOULD be wonderful. It need not have any relevance to the thing you are planning to affirm. Feel the joy in every part of your being THEN piggyback the new thought onto this feeling. Try to hold this moment for up to a minute. Create affirmations using present time with positive words. Affirmations are communicating with the SUBCONSCIOUS mind and this part of our being exists in the 5th dimension, beyond physical reality (3rd dimension) and beyond time (4th dimension). In the 5th dimension, there is no past, present or future. It just IS. So when creating an affirmation, phrase it as if it already is so.

My dog has a seasonal hotspot he gets just above the base of his tail/bottom of his back. I hate seeing him chew on it and have tried several products trying to help relieve it. It helped to ease his itching/chewing and I've noticed a significant improvement with some hair growth starting to return after a week and a half of daily usage. I even used it on my husband to help with some scrapes/cuts that were looking a little ominous/infected. Very diverse product and quite helpful! My only complaint is that it has a strong medcinal/menthol odor when using but really with as well as it works, that can be overlooked.

Sinocare Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

 I have high blood pressure so it’s something I have to keep up with and check on at home from time to time to make sure I stay as healthy as possible. I recently replaced my thermometer at home with a Sinocare Infrared Thermometer and was really pleased with the quality and functionality of the brand, so I decided to check out their Arm Blood Pressure Monitor as well. Just like the thermometer, it was easy to use! It’s functions include memory storage, intelligent pressurization, heart rate cues and cuff inspection. It is quite the intelligent device! It is battery operated but includes the needed batteries for immediate functioning capabilities upon purchase (because who likes buying something only to realize they have to buy something else just to be able to use it?!?)

Sinocare Infrared Thermometer

This infrared thermometer by Sinocare is so easy to use! This is the first thermometer like this I have ever used/owned and I can’t believe how quick and accurate it is. I wish I had this when my kids were toddlers, it would’ve made my life so much easier. LOL It uses 2 AAA batteries, which are included. It does suggest to remove the batteries if you won’t be using it for awhile. Once you pop the batteries in, tap the power button once to power it on. Point the device at the forehead of the individual you are taking the temperature of, hovering just a few inches from the skin (no contact needed!) and press and hold down the power button for just one second. The thermometer will instantly show you a reading in Fahrenheit or Celsius depending on which measurement you have selected, and gives you a warning if the temperature is considered a fever. Once you are finished simply press and hold down the power button for a few seconds until it shuts off and remove the batteries before storing It’s that simple!

MySmile Teeth Whitening System

I was sent this impressive teeth whitening system by MySmile. It's a pretty simple 2 step system that is pretty easy to follow, even for someone that has never used them before (Me!).

To use you simply remove the plastic piece that is protecting the batteries inside of the LED device and attach the device to the mouth piece as shown in the included instructions guide. Apply 0.5ml of the MySmile whitening gel located inside the plastic syringes to the top and bottom of the mouth tray. Insert the mouth piece (with the LED light attached) into your mouth and let it sit. The LED light device will automatically turn off. It will beep in 10 minute intervals for your convenience. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and clean the mouth tray. When finished you will want to avoid eating/drinking for 1 hour, especially stuff that would cause staining (coffee, tomato based sauces, etc). You can repeat the steps 2-5 times a day for 7 days or until you reach your desired results. But keep in mind that after 7 consecutive days they recommend waiting 4-6 weeks before using the whitening process again.
