I've had a pretty rough go of it this year. I know I'm not alone in that sentiment. But I've really struggled; personally, financially, professionally. Just struggle after struggle. The hits just kept coming. Losing my Mom in February was the start of the worst year of my entire life. I didn't realize what an anchor she was for me in just existing, until she was gone and all at once it seemed like everything in my life collapsed. I didnt know how to exist. My world wasn't the same. My anxiety and depression spiraled out of control. Every fiber in my being told me to isolate. Hide from the world. That of course just fueled the depression. The concept was a bit foreign to me and felt silly at first. But it helped! I stuck with it (loosely, as I made it fit my day to day routine).

How Does It Work?
Once you get your Thought Catapulter you are going to want to cut your affirmation cards into individual squares and place them in the provided pouch along with the magnet. There are many different card packs you can select from based on your own individual needs/goals.
For best results you are going to want to keep the pouch on you (in a pocket, or secured to your arm/leg with the provided elastic strap). Because of the nature of my work, I had to keep it close by in my purse so as not to damage electronics at work, but when at home I would attach it to my ankle or stick it in my back pocket). Try to hold this moment for up to a minute. Create affirmations using present time with positive words. Affirmations are communicating with the SUBCONSCIOUS mind and this part of our being exists in the 5th dimension, beyond physical reality (3rd dimension) and beyond time (4th dimension). In the 5th dimension, there is no past, present or future. It just IS. So when creating an affirmation, phrase it as if it already is so.
